To further consumer protection and stability in the market we will be offering fraud and theft protection AFTER closing. AND, if you have previously purchased an enhanced owner's policy of title insurance from us or ANY OTHER title company, we still have your back. We will write this policy over your in-force previously bound enhanced policy regardless of the insurer. But wait, there's more.
