I'm an occupational therapist, somatic experiencing practitioner, and certified lymphatic therapist blending body-based mental health care and trauma-informed bodywork for mind-body healing that's q***r-centric, fat-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, and liberation-oriented.

Body-based mental health care can include somatic experiencing, learning to listen to your body, and building executive function skills for people of all neurotypes.

Bodywork can include lymphatic drainage massage, neuro-lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy to bring relief for physical symptoms or release stuck trauma.
