Family Solidarity - FAMSO USA

The Cameroon American Council was represented by its President, Mlle Sylvie Bello and the Cameroon Muslim based association ( FAMSOA), represented by its secretary General, Mr Tanimou Maina were recieved by the congressman of the 4th District of Maryland, Representative Glen Ivey.
On the many topics raised, the plight of cameroonians fleeing unrest, the inhumain separation of families due to the slow process and the need to grant Humanitarian Parole to Cameroon, and freedom of worship amongst others.
This was at the margin of the General Assembly of the Family Solidarity of America (FAMSOA) scheduled to start on Friday, January 26th, 2024, in Lanham, MARYLAND.
