This clip is from two seasons ago, when I attended the Michigan alumni tailgate before the ReliaQuest Bowl and listened to Warde Manuel speak.

We had a terrible season, but morale was still high because his message was simple:

"We beat Ohio State."

Looking back, this carries a different meaning.

Championships matter, but leadership isn't measured only by championships. Leadership is measured by .......

As a diehard Michigan fan, I believe accountability is necessary. I just don't believe the student-athletes should pay the price for administrative failures. They earned those championships on the field, on the ice, and on the court....... Remember Sports is the Ultimate -
