Guess what this is? đź‘€ Our invited chef, Eric McCoy, already has the pork shoulders in the smoker, getting ready for the upcoming Kozak Siromaha performance!

On the menu:
🥩 Smoked pulled pork barbecue sandwiches with coleslaw;
🥟 Hand pies with cabbage and potatoes (vegan);
🍰 A variety of traditional Ukrainian desserts.

We know many of you will be coming straight from work, so we’re making sure you don’t just eat - you fuel up and hit the dance floor!

Today, we want to take a moment to remind everyone that the Festival was founded in 2003 and it runs entirely on volunteer power. Dozens of people dedicate their time to everything: cleaning the grounds, preparing food, setting up electricity, organizing refrigeration, crafting decorations, hosting and filming the program, painting faces, braiding hair, and more. And even after the Festival wraps, there’s still a full week of cleanup work ahead.

A portion of the proceeds from the Festival goes to support Ukraine, helping provide aid where it’s needed most.

We’d love to introduce you to our volunteers, the incredible people who keep the Festival going year after year. If the camera didn’t catch everyone, please send us photos, and we’ll make sure they’re included. Thank you to everyone who joins us - we deeply appreciate your time, effort, and dedication.
