Sunset Royale Penthouse Vacation Rental

Dear Friends,
We're fine and Hurricane Milton was quite an experience. It came on shore a few blocks from our Sunset Royale penthouse condo #412 where we chose to spend the night because of a very close call in our water front ground level condo on Golden Gate Point with Hurricane Helene where we became trapped while being protected because of hurricane doors and windows. We're fortunate to survive, though Nann's car was not salvageable and was totaled by the flood.
We had purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus which we parked in a downtown Sarasota parking garage on the third floor drove my Ford F-150 to Siesta Key to live in the penthouse as Helene had also flooded the ground level of our Siesta Sunset Royale beach house and wiped out my office shop warehouse and housekeeping in this FEMA construction building and tore the shingles off the roof.
We spent over 45 minutes in the eye of Hurricane Milton and survived an incredible night from this horribly destructive hurricane for Siesta Key.
We are now in full repair mode with 3 carpenters and friends from Michigan staying at Siesta Sunset Royale while we completely rebuild and intend to be fully back to normal as we attack and improve all 3 locations and had no insurance.
We are very fortunate and many have lost so much more including family and their lives.

Today is Nann and my 58th wedding anniversary and we feel pretty strong ourselves.

Saturday evening at home on our patio while listening to the music from Hart's landing and bait shop from our patio on Sarasota Bay with bridge lights displaying a tribute to gay pride month and great music wafting over the water to our condo on the bay. Life is good and sometimes better.
