What a great trip we had yesterday to Alexandria Bay! First, a 2-1/4 hour luncheon cruise of the beautiful 1,000 islands (Did you know there are actually 1,864 islands?) next a stop at Boldt Castle. It just keeps getting better every time we see it. The restoration and the gardens are magnificent! We ended the day with a dinner stop at Cracker Barrel in Watertown before heading home. We seniors sure do love our day trips!
