had a goal, her goal was to get down to a healthy weight level and to become a healthier version of herself!
Since Louisa joined us she has lost 65 pounds. When Louisa joined us, she understood although we are the best workout program, rated number one.
The workout alone would not make you lose the 65 pounds. She understood she would have to become discipline and focus on her nutrition. She understood we're not born to be overweight. Yes I'm saying that out loud. She understood she had to hold herself accountable.
Louisa A Torres I commend you, we are so proud of you! You knew what you wanted to do for yourself, you held yourself accountable and you did it! You are now maintaining your beautiful, healthy self!
Make a commitment to a workout program and understand that the work out alone isn't gonna make you lose weight. There is no magic pill there is no magic. It all starts in the supermarket and then the kitchen. However, today because of busy lifestyles, which we all have them most people find it easier to grab and go, and when I grab and grab any thing to eat at any place that is close by and whatever they have available.
Processed Food is one of the worst things you put in your body. Not only will it make you gain weight, there are ingredients in there that no one should be eating.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my Brother Gary Zedon, a beloved brother, son, uncle and friend. Gary was a gentle soul who touched the lives of many with his kindness and compassion.

Gary Zedon Obituary
Gary J. Zedon, 57, of Sicklerville, passed away, on Sunday, January 21, 2024.

Born on November 22, 1966, Gary brought joy and laughter to those around him. He had a warm smile that could light up any room and a heart full of love for his family and friends. Gary’s presence in my life was more than sister, brother, it was more of a son and mother relationship and his absence will leave a mark on my heart. Gary loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed his time with his nephews , nieces and great nephew. Gary’s memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience that will continue to inspire us all.

Loving son of Esther Zedon and Gary Tripps. Dear brother of Lisa Petrie, Maria (Joe) Cardella and Karen (Tommy) Brown. Loving uncle of Robert Petrie, Ryan Petrie, Karen (Brad) Slavinski, Nicholas Brown and Hailey Brown. Loving great uncle of Tristan. Former brother-in-law of Bobby Petrie and Jimmy Mercado.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, January 27th from 10:30-11:30 AM at the Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, 420 S. Main Street, Williamstown.
