Yorkshire pudding is the de rigeur British accompaniment to a roast beef dinner if you aren't counting calories. Yorkshire pudding is somewhere between baked pudding and bread. While it can be served many ways, it's always best served with hot gravy.

Having worked on this fare since the early 1950s, the roast beef sandwich is definitely one of the specialty foods of Boston, Massachusetts. However, this doesn't mean that you can only find it there as the roast beef sandwich is served in many restaurants across the United States.
