We want to wish you guys (farmers market’s organizers, volunteers, regulars and farmers) an awesome Merry Christmas!! Also, an update and also to thank you guys for the forever support that you guys have given us! So, wanted to let you guys know that we are not going to operate at the farmers market for a few seasons because Hans has accepted an offer to manage a fish retail place in Downtown Edmonds which is going to open next March or so (it’s right beside Starbucks, come visit! More details will come!) We are forever thankful and this is not the last of Han’s Chicken Rice, hopefully we will come back with a brick and mortar!! Again, Thank you and happy holidays!! 🎊🎊we will miss you guys!!

This is devouring Hainanese chicken rice 😂😂😂!! He's been helping with this start up since the beginning and been a great friend of mine for many years, totally grateful and lucky, 🍻to the years to come buddy!! Some things are not meant to be taken for granted, like this view after a full day of prep just made you think 'Hey, it's okay we got through the day, tomorrow is going to be brand new day :) ' talking about prep, we're going to be at on Thursdays 3-730pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm!!
