I’m excited to announce openings for new students in my small group classes, which take place on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons. These classes will teach you valuable self-defense strategies, along with techniques and philosophies that I’ve been fortunate to learn in my 30 years of Martial Arts training & teaching. These principles will help you move better, hit harder, and can apply to other areas in your life.

Additionally, there are 2 spots available for private lessons, offering a more personalized and focused learning experience.
