Precision Volleyball Club

First BVCA of the new season!!! The Precision players are going down to compete against the best the country has to offer at Huntington Beach this weekend! For some players, this is another chance to show what they can do and for some players, it's the eye-opener every competitor needs to light the fire.

This is becoming bigger and better than I ever could've expected. We played some of the top teams in Southern California in MBSand, Spiker and Wave, along with across the country teams like V4L and RPM. Had a few good wins and a couple of very close heartbreaking losses, but all in all we are right there with the top teams in the country. Can't wait to get back to practice work on some of the things from this weekend and get back out there and show these bigger areas that Norcal players won't go down without a fight.

The calm before the storm...literally. Day 2 of the Huntington Beach BVCA should be a lot of fun and hopefully not too bad weather. Rain, wind and craziness not supposed to start until 3pm, but we'll see. Precision Sand Volleyball played some of the best players and squads in the country yesterday and more of the same today.

I don't think it can get any better than this. Sometimes I just have to sit back and be in awe. We had 30 players competing at a BVCA squad tournament in Santa Cruz in January. Beach volleyball in January… But that's the new normal for us. Our Open Navy squad took 1st place, yep, gold medal!! A lot of close wins and great comebacks, the players really stepped up. Our Club Navy squad made it to the finals and all matches went to the deciding set, but came up short for silver medal. Even our Futures squad got medals, great first outing for these up and coming players. Can't wait until next weekend in Huntington Beach.
