We are on the search for an amazing salesperson (or two) to add to our team located in Sherman, Texas!

This job will be onsite 8:00am-5:00pm with some field and/or travel possibilities after training. Salary is competitive and based on experience, as is our commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
-Identify and reach out to potential customers (cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.)
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
-Collaborate with the design and engineering teams.
-Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
-Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
-Stay informed/up to date of industry trends, competitors' activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
-Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Requirements:
-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
-Self-motivated and results-driven
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Willingness to travel as needed.

Are you an experienced Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Look no further! Monitor is actively seeking a talented individual to join our team in Sherman, Texas.

Hours: 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday, completely onsite.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, software proficiency, and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Utilize AutoCAD for creating drawings for engineering design, fabrication parts, and installation
-Generate project cost estimates
-Develop parts lists for fabrication
-Communicate effectively with customers, installers, and consulting engineers

Qualifications:
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-Strong knowledge of engineering design and fabrication
