It's almost past time to get there!
Run PC Health Check, it's a Microsoft application that will tell you if you can upgrade your Windows 10 computer to Windows 11 or not
It will tell you the specifics of why you cannot, if your pc does not meet the criteria.

If your system passes PC Health Check, your Windows 11 upgrade is normally done from an update in Windows Update.
First, perform all Windows 10 updates, restarting as required.
If the update to goto Windows 11 is not there in Windows Update,
Run WIN11 Installation Assistant, it will install WIN11.

If the criteria is that TPM is not detected but you have a supported CPU, then you probably need to enable TPM or the BIOS protection for trusted platform.
If your system has an unsupported cpu, you need a new computer, but keep reading, you have options.
If you cannot install WIN11, because unsupported hardware you can still receive security updates via Microsoft after Oct 14,2025, It is good until 10_13_2025, the program is currently free: on some websites it mentions it will cost $30.00 for first year. Enroll before OCT 14th??? for free.
To do this:
You must be logged into your pc using a Microsoft Account, and must have admin privileges, to get an update to enroll in Windows 10 Extended Security Updates (ESU) program update, again, it comes via Windows Update.
This program lets you keep receiving critical and important security updates even after official support for Windows 10 ends on October 14, 2025. It’s designed for folks who can’t upgrade to Windows 11—whether due to hardware limitations or other reasons—and want to keep their systems protected a little longer.

On most motherboards there is a RAID option. You can stripe or mirror two drives to look like 1 hard drive to the system.
m.2 is the standard for Operating System drive.
Larger drives are 2.5 drives.
Bigger storage type cases are on servers or NAS devices.
USB or thru network or Internet is how to install software.
USB 3.0 is the USB drive you want to use.
USB 3.1 speed is 10GPS
USB 3.0 speed is 5GPS or 5000MBS
USB 2.0 speed is 640MBS
Plug your USB 3.0 device into blue colored USB port.
Black is a USB 2.0 port.
USB 3.0 is usually labeled SS
Be careful updating to Windows 11 on a computer that has software licensing support for business practice for only WIN10.
You may void your software support upgrading to Windows 11.
