Working alongside Roger isn’t just a job—it’s a privilege and a pleasure. His positive attitude, work ethic, and genuine kindness make even the toughest days on the ranch better. He’s the kind of person who makes you grateful to show up to work each morning, even in the cold to irrigate. Even our herd are huge fans, following him everywhere.
