Sometimes taking care of my clients means going a little out of the way.

In this case, I had an inspection scheduled with a big snowstorm moving in. Instead of risking not being able to evaluate the roof, I stopped by a couple days early—between other inspections—to get up there while I still had the chance.

That extra effort paid off. I was able to identify significant damage that would have been completely hidden once the snow hit.

Roof conditions are a major part of the home, and when they’re covered, important issues can easily be missed. Getting ahead of it ensured my client had the full picture before moving forward.

That’s the goal every time—do what it takes to give my clients the most accurate information possible.
