We are expanding at 123 W German street, introducing .groundlounge on the second floor 🌱

Where you’ll find Clean ionized, living water served in self purifying, antioxidant copper.

You’ll be lounging in our Red Light therapy room with Grounding mats underneath your achey bones.
With a whole body zero gravity massage chair~

In the second room you’ll experience all the benefits of our Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge~

I am beyond excited & grateful to be expanding into this side of health & wellness right above our beloved

Where we can take our health & healing to the next level.

Historic Shepherdstown’s 2025 Speaker Series will continue with a May 14 talk by local historian and Jefferson County, WV, native Doug Perks about the history around the summer of 1775 Bee Line March. The talk, helps to kick off the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Bee Line March.
