Happy Birthday to Clark ( ) and their new furnace baby! Clark is currently completing their Capstone semester and has been working diligently to create a furnace of her own. On Clarks birthday the FASTEnER Lab crew melted and poured aluminum using it! Congrats, Clark!! ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ”ฅ

These are the after hour monitors for the Spring 2024 semester, and these are the people you can ask for help or advice regarding your classes or various machines in the shop area! Check out the schedule every day to see who will be keeping the shop open later, they should be posted on the outside doors in a bit!

๐Ÿ’ฌ Spring semester is loading... ๐Ÿ’ฌ
While you wait, here are some awesome "Appreciation Masks" from the fall semester (up-close pictures coming soon!!) To create concepts for these masks, students were asked to research a deity or spirit from a non-Western culture and synthesize forms important to the story of this deity with animals and personal elements. All the masks are 3x the size of a human head and made of cardboard!
