If you walked by Mr. Harris' classroom recently, you might have noticed a large group of third grade engineers working hard on various projects.
They were tasked with two engineering challenges. One was to design and build the tallest tower using 20 spaghetti noodles and 20 marshmallows. Widman had 27.5 inches of height!
The second challenge was to use a bag of materials to test and redesign a cart that utilized a bearing/axel system that would roll across the whole carpet.

These students were "caught" following the Mt. View Pledge to Be Kind, Be Safe, Be a Learner. They received confetti (notes) which were drawn by Dr. Ness.
