This was a first for me! A small powder room, too small for a separate sink. The toilet has a sink mounted on the tank. The tank refill passes through a faucet at the small sink bowl/tank cover. It goes on with every flush and goes off when the tank is full. I've seen these in pictures, but I never saw one live before today.
