Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings reported that its intermodal segment nearly hit breakeven in Q4 2025, with an adjusted operating ratio of 100.1% — a 140-basis point improvement from the year before. The carrier pointed to higher revenue per load and structural cost reductions as key drivers of the improvement, even though total intermodal revenue declined 3.4% year-over-year due to a 6% drop in load count.
