As much as I hate to cancel class, I'm concerned about refreezing while we are in class. For that reason, we will not have class tonight. Hope to see you Thursday!

FOUR FABULOUS YEARS with this amazing tribe of yogi's. This group is so much more than an exercise class. They are support through the hard stuff, fun and laughter along the way...the flexible family that continues to choose eachother for who we are. WE have built an awesome group over the last four years, and there is no end in sight. When statistics say 50% of people stop an exercise program within six months, we have at least 7 people who have been coming for 4 years, 3 for 3 years, and 4 for 2 years (and I know I missed a few). But again, this isn't an exercise group...it's a family. Happy anniversary, yogi's!

We have the best group to help you feel good, get in better shape, and even get a little more flexible. Come join us! You'll be happy you did.
