Rounding out a terrific year with our crew and looking forward to exciting opportunities ahead in the new year!

“Thank You” doesn’t begin to express our gratitude for what these special folks pour into our company day in and day out to make it what it is! Celebrating you is a joy! As we close the chapter of 2023, we can’t help but reflect on an immense loss that our work family endured this year. The sudden loss of a friend and co-worker of nearly 25 years, Elpidio “Poot” Ledezma-Flores. A void that won’t be filled but memories cherished forever!

And lastly, a special “thank you” to Jason Walker and The Depot Cafe for an incredible meal prepared for our Christmas Party! The food is always amazing and this time was no different! We ended the night with games and fellowship! A blessed evening together to kick off the Christmas holiday!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Two Brothers Utilities! ✨

Last week, we had the opportunity to gather and celebrate the ending of another incredible year in the utility industry but most importantly these people here that keep our operation running like a well-oiled machine! On most days, anyway! It’s teamwork, built on leadership and pride in our work, progress over perfection and investing in our people. What a blessing each of them are!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by Jason Walker at The Depot, tasteful music by Mason Cole and a fun trivia game consisting of questions like “how many feet from the front door to the mailbox of our shop” or “the three employees with the longest years of service” which combined equal nearly 75 years! The winners of our trivia game won gift cards donated by our pipe supplier, David Lenoir with Hayes Pipe Supply!

We take this time to reflect on the relationships that have long been established in this business and those that are new! For it is partnerships with municipalities, engineers and subcontractors day in and day out that keep our wheels spinning, quite literally and figuratively!

Cheers to a new year of doing the same thing - good, honest work in the water and sewer business. But also, to a year of learning how to fill in the gaps and reach new places! Growing, not just by a number, but in efficiency and opportunity in the work place! Let’s get to work!
