Finished up some reassembly on a recent renovation after a pipe burst and flood.

Disaster mitigation had come in and removed all the damaged materials and dried everything out and ran new plumbing lines.

We extended the exterior wall to 2x6 framing, insulated, installed lvl shiplap and finished off with crown molding and installed the new 72” vanity. Repaired holes from relocating plumbing to get it out of the attic and finished it off with new baseboards.

Living room knee wall was always cold, so we extended the wall and doubled the insulation, topped off the new sill to be stained and all new laminate flooring. Hope you enjoy your “new” living room!
