One of two most common manifestations of trigger panic is the lack of ability to bring the sight pin over the center. (And yes, I've struggled with both!)

After some time, I realized that psychologically, this came down to trust, and the lack there of. Your brain tells itself that keep the pin off, and violence (the bow releasing) won't happen.

(Note: Don't ever try to shoot through a shoulder injury!)

And yet, other parts of your unconscious mind are fighting to release the strain of retaining full draw.

Breaking this vicious cycle requires trust. ABSOLUTE trust that the bow will not go off unless I decide.
To bring that decision back into your conscious mind.

"TRUST YOUR INTUITION", is way more than a marketing slogan. An integrated trigger safety was essential to the design!

Just practice simple trigger discipline during the draw cycle (or let down) and this release WILL NOT let the d-loop pass.

Introduced at the 2026 Archery Trade Association show earlier this month, the INTUITION back-tension release was designed by a treestand bowhunter for use in ANY archery situation.

Do you trust yourself to remember to press the safety with the "buck of a lifetime" in front of you?

Safety "OFF" as a default mode seems to be a poor design to me. Basic trigger discipline should be the norm!

Do you trust yourself not to punch that thumb button when that perfect end is on the line?

And a hinge? Do we really need to go there? Does pulling with your ring finger sound like a correct shot process? Far too many things going on all at once!

Simplify the shot process with True Form Archery LLC.

-Draw with your wrist.
-Find your anchor and point of aim.
-Hook your fingers around the triggers.
-Maintain point of aim, elbow high to isolate the lower trapezoid muscles, and pull those hooks through the back wall of the bow.
