Vacation with Kully’s Getaway Giveaway!
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to vacation with Kully? Well, now’s your chance! From June 8th-Sept 7th, 2026, take a Kully head on vacation with you. Pose with Kully & snap your best shot at your beautiful destination!
Here’s how to enter:
 We invite you to Like or have Liked our page!
 Email the photo to [email protected] or PM it to Samaritan’s Hand. (We will post the entry within our Facebook Contest post within 2-3 business days.)
 Tell us the location of your vacation spot.

Once your photo is posted in our contest, please consider tagging anyone else in the picture with you to drive more exposure to the photo. Then make sure to tell your friends & family to react to your post! The most “reactions” on any entry will be the winner. In case of a tie, the most “comments” on the posts will determine the tie breaker. Entries close Sept 7th @ 11:59pm & the winner will be announced on September 8th, 2026, by the end of the day.
To save on shipping costs, we strongly urge you to pick up your Kully head at the office during business hours of 9:30-3:30 Mon-Thurs. Can’t make it? We can try to get it to you within a reasonable radius, or we can mail it to you.

1st Place: 1- $200.00 Amazon gift card: To the original individual who sent in the photo, whose post created the most “reactions” (likes, loves, care, laugh) on their single post within our Kully’s Getaway Giveaway. If a tie is created, the first place is then decided upon the most comments posted on that very picture.
2nd Place: 1- $100.00 Amazon gift card: To the original individual who sent in the photo, whose post created the 2nd most “reactions” (likes, loves, care, laugh) on their single post within our Kully’s Getaway Giveaway. If a tie is created, the 2nd place is then decided upon the most comments posted on that very picture.
There will only be 1 first place & 1 second place winner. Winners cannot be Samaritan’s Hand staff, board members or family of staff or the board, but could possibly be included in the photo. 1 prize per photo, even if multiple people are pictured in the photo entered.
Please do not AI your entries. We are encouraging all participants to literally go & do live vacations or staycations & include your real-life activity & location.

Holidays are tough on a lot of people. It can be a trying time for those in recovery specifically. This is exactly why we continue to run our Bible studies & support meetings even if they land on a holiday. Yesterday proved our point. There was a new individual who showed up, not knowing for sure if this would be the case. They waited outside of our door, hoping & praying someone may open it.
At 8:45am, Kully greeted this individual & welcomed him in. The person said, "I was hoping you'd be open. No one else is on a holiday but thank goodness you are! If you weren't, there's no telling where I would have gone. The liquor store was definitely on my mind as an option & we all know they never close!"
We are so grateful this person found the comfort they were seeking & we are grateful for our volunteers who help keep things going here, even when it might be inconvenient! Jesus always has the way!
