2026 Senior Spotlight: Grant! This past year, Grant was lead of Red Raider's design subteam and a junior mentor for FTC team 21578, Fear the Gear. With four years of FIRST experience, Grant was necessary to the success of this year's robot, OBSIDIAN, by overseeing the design process and signing off on designs before sending them to manufacturing. Grant also joined Red Raiders' 2026 drive team as a secondary driver. In the fall, Grant will attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville to major in Mechanical Engineering.

Leadership Reveal! Samual has been our drive coach, primary robot driver, and a former captain, but has decided to take on the role of Programming Sub-team lead for the 2026-2027 FRC season. Samual has done a tremendous amount of work to ensure the success of Red Raider Robotics and is definitely one of the best primary drivers who has been a part of Red Raider Robotics. He brings with him a breadth of programming knowledge and experience that will be a benefit as he teaches our future programmers to love coding as much as he does. Samual is quoted as saying, "I would attempt to revamp our vision system, along with creating a more sustainable plan for the future of programming." With his vision for the future programmers, he will set RRR up for future success.
