We are back from our long weekend and ready to go! Wednesday is a great day for our Quesadilla Burger! It’s a quarter pound burger cooked how you like it topped with melty mozzarella, cheddar cheese and salsa. Enjoy with a cup of Chef Jim’s homemade Soup. We are open 8-3 for dine in, carry out, curbside service and delivery.

Seeboth Deli will be closed Labor Day Weekend - giving our amazing crew time to rest, recharge, and spend time with family. We will be back ready to serve you 8am on Wednesday, September 4th! We hope you have a safe and happy holiday!! ❤️

It is with absolute gratitude for our customers and staff that we announce will be closing Seeboth Deli effective September 14th. It has been an absolute pleasure serving each and every one of you. We have celebrated with you, we have mourned with you, hosted your business lunches and everything in between. Heck – we even weathered a “once in a lifetime” global pandemic together. For nearly 8 years you have allowed us to be a part of your lives and - for that - we will be eternally grateful.

To our staff, both present and past…it has been an absolute honor. We have been blessed to work with some of the finest individuals in the business. You will always be part of our hearts and our family. Thank you.

As Chef Jim looks forward to his retirement, Gwen looks forward to him catching up on all the neglected projects around the house. Maybe when he’s caught up, and after a REALLY long nap, you’ll see us around again. We are all taking bets on how long Chef Jim will be able to sit still…
