Article VI, Clause 2 : The Constitution of the United States of America:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof...Shall be the Supreme Law of the Land, and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby,...any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary NOTWITHSTANDING! NO LAW or FEDERAL RULE has any standing! We are under a military coup, a forced takeover by a Political Party, by military force. No Judge can rule in violation of the Constitution.
If you know any Judge, attorney, or Law Enforcement personnel who chooses to debate this FACT I am willing to do that in any public forum they choose.
A military coup can ONLY adjudicate by Military Tribunal.
There is NO CONSTITUTION unless WE THE PEOPLE organize against this COUP and CHALLENGE it!
