I had some organic beets from Springdale Farm and made up a dozen of these beetburgers.
50% beet, 25% quinoa, 25% Basmati Rice, egg, flour.
Add ,a basil pesto Aioli, red onion, arugula, avocado, and cheddar cheese. Delicious!!

The Greek Corner Restaurant in Sheboygan is selling like new restaurant equipment.
