So why in most cases do I recommend sealing your entire roofline as opposed to just one or two openings after completing a whole home inspection at your house? Well here’s why…. your garage door is likely your primary or number one access into your home. If I come in and put plywood over your garage door and expect that I can keep you out of your home for good. I would be sadly mistaken, but if I come in and block up the entire house, doors windows and everything then I’ve got a shot at keeping you out at least until you get a hammer and prybar lol.

So when I show you the primary entry point where bats or rodents are currently gaining access into your attic that doesn’t mean that it’s one and done. I’ve already walked around your house and seen multiple other problematic areas where the problem isgoing to move to. Moving the problem is not solving the problem.
