The name is pretty self explanatory, but yes, this is an outer variegated Philodendron Pink Princess! Just like the PPP, the intensity of the pink variegation can vary drastically from plant to plant. This one in particular 👌

🍃 This plant continues to keep me on my toes! Her foliage color changes dramatically from leaf to leaf. From pale pink- to vibrant orange.
Her newest leaf is incredible with candy apple red! This is a must have for any aroid enthusiast collection!
