CULTURE FEST!!
LEAD invites our whole Shakopee community to come to our annual Culture Festival on Thursday April 23rd at Shakopee High School. Culture Fest is a free event put on by Shakopee LEAD with a night full of food, performances, booths and more to celebrate our diverse community we have here in Shakopee. All are welcome, and we hope to see everyone there!!🧡

Hey Shakopee Community Members!

It is nearing time for our annual Toy Drive with Mi Casa. This is our annual effort to collect gifts for the holiday season to distribute to kids in our community!

We are asking for your help in both spreading the word of our mission (to collect toys), and if you’re able, to donate!

We are looking for new and unwrapped toys. Any gift makes a huge difference, and will be greatly appreciated!

Our drop locations this year will be in:
Shakopee Police Department
Shakopee Community Center
Shakopee Hometown Bank
Bill's Toggery
Shakopee Chamber
Atlas Staffing
Scott County Sheriff
Shakopee Brewhall (box will be there Dec 1st)

We are also in need of gifts for teenagers, if you have a student at Shakopee, send them to school with a teen appropriate gift to put in select teacher’s rooms.

Hey everybody! We are looking for LEAD Alumni to be our judges at this years talent show!! It is this coming Tuesday, the 29th. Please comment or message us if you can do it!!

Thank you everybody for the amazing turnout! We had lots of food, performances, and memories! We couldn’t have done it without all of you. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year, for an even bigger turnout, with lots more to come!

Woohoo!! Our volunteers shined this weekend as they bagged groceries for people in our community! HUGE shoutout to everyone who helped out and contributed with Cub Bagging, it was a great success! 🧡🙌
