Here’s what the RCT published in the European Journal of Neurology actually found:

After 3 months of chiropractic care, migraine days dropped from 6.5 to under 4 per month. Attack duration shortened. Overall migraine burden was dramatically lower than the medication group.

At 3 months post-treatment: still better.
At 6 months post-treatment: still better.
At 12 months post-treatment: still better.

This wasn’t a small, low-quality study. It was a three-armed, single-blinded, placebo-controlled randomized controlled trial.

The first in manual therapy history to achieve documented successful blinding. Over 80% of participants couldn’t distinguish real chiropractic from sham at any point during the study. The effect was real.
