When it comes to property enhancements this curb appeal transformation we did was the last touch this property needed.
Concrete side walk was all over the place being the worst part where the sidewalk meets the front stoop we had a 9 1/2inch riser instead of a traditional 7in.
We installed 3pc stretching from the driveway all the way to the front stoop.
Special touch was the fond du lac 4ft step stone and fond du lac outcropers for the bench to match the wall color.
Lastly a spring clean up and mulch to get some get the curb appeal homeowners were looking for.

2 planters were installed to help with the elevation differences using county light brown products
Natural 4ft steps were chosen products to have that color change.
New plants and sod make this project looked even better with all of the mature nature around it.
