Hello everyone, it’s been a while but for tonight we got a Summer Salad done with Cantaloupe, Prosciutto, Cherry Tomato and Mozzarella, Balsamic dressing and Micro Greens on top.

Hello everyone, What a beautiful night we had to cook for yesterday evening! Let write what we prepared, App: Creamy bleu cheese with red onion compote & Roasted Cherry tomato and parmesan crostini. The salad was a Arugula with garlic crouton, goat cheese crumble, cranberry and curry balsamic dressing. Following a bourbon glazed salmon and creamy leeks#a traditional Beef Burgundy stew and its roasted roots vegetables.
