Happy June!

We are well in Q2 of 2023 (2nd quarter of 2023). What is it that you want for your business before the end of Q3? What do you want for your business by Q4? Or the end of the year? What do you want to see in your personal life? Using the same Q2, Q3, Q4 approach? Personally, I find that 30, 60, and 90-day goals are more attainable for me. They are not too far apart and I can break them down and make them more concrete.

Other than me grinding my hips on someone's island (LOL😜) as I mentioned in my previous post. My business goal is to hit 100K in 6 months! Although it's just a number, I feel pretty confident and inspired by this goal. I hit a little over 100K during the PLANDEMIC in about twice the time frame. My personal goal is all health-related. I gotta get back in shape y'all! I'm thicker than a snicker! And as a result, my insulin levels were elevated. When I found that out I went vegan for 65 days, stopped drinking alcohol, pop/soda, NO DAIRY (mucus) 😷 and ate raw foods, smoothies, and cooked homemade vegan meals. I periodically go vegan, to give my body a break, so it was not very hard. The result? Lost 10 pounds and soooo many other benefits. I also kept a journal about how I felt and the changes that took place in my body. Felt amazing!

But now I want to shoot higher and challenge myself and my fellow business owners. Money is only a resource, a tool for me to further the betterment of my community. Health is definitely wealth. Plus I gotta grind on that island! So I gotta feel my BEST! And as far as money, all the cool stuff will come along with it, cuz I'm cool!!!! See you at the top!🤑
