The effort is a multi stakeholder initiative defined as a community based innovation program. Innov8 for Health identifies, incentivizes, and supports the creation and acceleration of innovative solutions that improve health, enhance health care quality, and reduces the cost of the health care. These activities lead to talent attraction and retention, job creation, ultimately resulting in the creation of end-to-end health innovation ecosystem at the community level where people live and work.

Innov8 for Health operates as a private-public partnership between Viable Synergy, a limited liability corporation and a division of Interact for Health, Interact for Change. Interact for Change an Ohio nonprofit corporation that is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID # 30-0065901) serves as the fiscal agent for Innov8 for Health.

With its proven success in Cincinnati, Ohio, it is situated to launch into communities across the nation and around the world. Its highly flexible program framework ensures a seamless fit into diverse regions.
