Blue Mountain Mist

We’re excited to share that we have already planted 155 grape vines on the property, and many of them are already beginning to bud. Over the next few weeks, we will expand to more than 300 vines as we continue developing the Blue Mountain Mist Vineyard.

Our first plantings include Chambourcin and Norton grapes — two bold red wine varietals known for their rich color, depth, and character.

Long-term, we hope to grow the vineyard into 3–5 acres of vines woven into the rolling hills and peaceful mountain views that make Blue Mountain Mist so special.

We look forward to sharing this journey with our guests as the vineyard continues to grow in the years ahead.
