Today we were informed that Blue Cross Blue Shield/Blue Care sent out an erroneous letter to our patients stating that we are no longer taking their insurance and they assigned new PCPs to the member. This is not accurate and they will be sending follow up letters to correct this mistake. Please call our office with any questions.
