Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) can be a gentle, meaningful part of the healing process. 🐾 Time spent with animals has been shown to support trust, communication, confidence, emotional regulation, and focus.

Whether it’s a family pet, an emotional support animal, or equine therapy, these connections can help ease stress and reduce feelings of loneliness. Clinicians also see benefits like increased movement, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of calm — reminding us that healing often begins with connection.
