Last week, I had the honor of speaking at Mae Caime's Women’s Wellness & Health Summit( and I’m still thinking about the energy in that room. ⚡️

There is something powerful about being surrounded by women who are committed to showing up for themselves, pushing their limits, and living with intention. You could feel it the moment you walked in.

I’m incredibly grateful to for the opportunity to stand on that stage and share my story, my message, and the work I care so deeply about. It meant a lot to be part of a lineup of speakers who brought such depth, wisdom, and real, actionable insight to the day.

The conversations I had afterward with so many of the women in attendance stayed with me. The openness, the honesty, the willingness to reflect and grow...it’s why I do this work!

Every time I step into a room like that, it reinforces something I know to be true: this is what I’m meant to be doing. 🌟

Speaking, connecting, and helping women step into their strength, their confidence, and their next chapter.

I’m excited to keep growing this part of my work and to bring this message to more rooms, more teams, and more communities.

🤺 Fencing!! 🤺

✨Spent the afternoon getting to know this crew of talented dedicated athletes!

Some of the topics we hit on:

🌟Controlling the controllables! Easier said than done. spending energy on things we can control is a skill we must practice.
🌟Self-talk! Making sure we are saying the right things to ourselves, not sabotaging our mind by filling it with negative thoughts. Again, practice this skill and interrupt those negative thoughts!

🌟 Present moment focus- one touch at a time! Not to focus on the outcome but on the task at hand. Staying present will allow all energy to go into the bout! Energy flows where focus goes!

🌟Good luck in the playoffs my fencing friends!!
