Sergeant Bluff Historical Museum

With our country celebrating its 250th birthday, the Museum has several displays celebrating Sergeant Bluff’s Bicentennial, Pioneer Days, and Old Settler’s Days. Visit the Museum any Saturday and see what we have on display.

This is a picture of the Sergeant Bluff School Building built in 1888. Later, it is was set on fire by a resident who stated that he wanted a new school built near his house. The school bell from the bell tower is located in the Musesum.

Here are several pictures dealing with first Methodist Church in Sergeant Bluff. That was located at 203 C Street.

Spring time is here. Back in 1959, you would shop here for a Tub-O-Chicken for a picnic.
