They’re offering a coupon on the cubes — grab it in my bio! 🦀🦞🧈 Seafood Spinach Dip -Ingredients • 4 tbsp butter • 1 small onion, finely diced • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 10 oz fresh spinach, • 8 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 cup mayo (or sour cream) • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (plus extra for topping) • ½ cup grated parmesan • 8 oz lump crabmeat (picked through for shells) • 1 lb crawfish tails (peeled; you can use ½ lb if you prefer) • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste) • Salt & pepper to tasteInstructions 1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. 2.  Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3–4 minutes. Chop with kitchen shears. Drain off excess liquid if needed. 3. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth and creamy. 4. Gently fold in crab and crawfish. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. 5. Transfer dip to a baking dish, sprinkle with extra mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden! 6.
