Update @ 7:45PM: What started as a crisis turned into a powerful reminder of the compassion and strength in our community. You showed up for us—and we’ll never forget it. All nine impacted dogs are safe and cool in foster homes!

To every single person who applied to foster, called to offer help, shared repair ideas, offered to lend us a temporary AC unit, or spread the word—THANK YOU. Your kindness lifted us today.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible fosters — we’re so grateful knowing these pups are safe, loved, and in caring hands.

Huge thanks to Buddy’s Repair and Services for showing up without hesitation. While the AC unit couldn’t be repaired, they’ve generously offered to donate and install a new one. We are incredibly grateful.

A special thank you to our amazing team who jumped in to move dogs and clean up extra spaces—our pups were scattered throughout non-kennel areas today, and your efforts made all the difference.

Shoutout to our foster coordinator for diving into applications and swiftly placing all nine pups into temporary foster homes—thank you for setting those fosters up for success! 💙

We still have many adult dogs hoping for a chance at foster care—even a short-term stay would mean the world to them. They weren’t impacted by the AC issue, but their hearts are just as ready to meet yours.

And for those who’ve already donated — thank you. Your generosity will absolutely go to good use. While the AC unit is being graciously covered, we still have ongoing vetting expenses and a growing list of essential supplies to purchase. Every gift helps us keep the animals safe, healthy, and comfortable.

S.O.S 🚨‼️ Our AC Unit is out and we are working on fixing it, but do not have a timeline….Fosters needed immediately! One dog for a couple days would help tremendously. All around 25 lbs
