Your body experiences many changes throughout your time here on Earth. From ageing to injury, shape, size and illness, each morning we wake to a new version of ourselves, cellularly and energetically. This relationship to our body can take a backseat to the day to day worries of our life and often we find ourselves disconnected and estranged from the very vehicle that carries us through the world.

If you have ever wished for a different body, a younger body, a healthier body, or even come to a point where you no longer think about or acknowledge your body at all, this workshop is for you. Body image is not about body size. Body image is our relationship to our physical self and all the emotions and experiences that come with having a body.

Join me for an exploration of the relationship you have with your ever-changing body. Through accessible movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling and optional sharing we will come together to approach our bodies and minds with respect and understanding. This class is for all ages, sizes, abilities and experience levels...... for anyone who has a body.
