We have decided to make some price changes to our processing. We have kept the same charges for the last 4 years. We do not charge any extra for the way we package your meat as far as stew, tenderizing, single packaging steaks or anything We have two charges. That’s it. After the first of the year we will be charging $100 kill fee and $1.20 hanging weight to make cuts out of any bulls that are over 2yrs old. If it’s all grind the charge is not going up it’s only if you want steaks, roasts and other cuts out of it. A bull over two years old takes a lot more time to cut plus the wear on our equipment and our body is awful. Saw blades are trashed and our grinders, saws and knives really struggle plus the extra hours it takes us to process it. They are tuff no matter how fat they look on the hoof. Sorry for the inconvenience. Remember no extra charges if you’re just grinding them or they are under two years old. Thank you for all your support over the years. We love our customers!!

Oscar don’t be silly you cannot come inside. He is literally the bull on our logo haha. Looked out after a long day of cutting to see him standing out by the sign. Sweet boy has no idea 🤣
