Following two assassination attempts on President Trump, is there a Republican version of district attorney Alvin Bragg willing to file charges against & investigate mainstream media reporters for alleged co-conspirator status in spreading rhetoric that Trump poses a threat to democracy and is comparable to Hi**er?

The Democrats revealed their true colors when they used red stars, a symbol associated with socialism and communism, in their confetti immediately after the speech by Kamala Harris. This raises concerns about their political ideology and agenda.

The Dems just showed their true colors. I flipped over there to see what a few lies Kamala was telling, and it wasn’t a few but a bunch. Then they started dropping at the end of the speech confetti made up of red stars and blue and white stripes. “The red star became a common element of the flags and heraldry of socialist states in the Eastern Bloc, appearing in heraldry for virtually all of the countries, and on the flags of Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Albania. The red star or variations thereof are some of the symbols adopted by communist movements, governments, and parties worldwide.” All the words and quotes above, I googled. Part of the quote came from Wikipedia and the part came from other parts of Google. 

WHY? I can’t believe we actually hire or vote for these people in the City Of New Braunfels - Government or Comal County, Texas. One of the reasons to expend this money is to revitalize Creekside. Have they not been to Creekside since it opened up? It hasn’t stopped growing. Yes, some of the tenants have moved out, but that’s NewQuest Properties problem because they raise the rent so high on existing tenants. Ask the owner of Signature Nails & Spa.  A better spend on the money would be to revitalize Kohlenberg Road and make it five lanes wide.  it doesn’t even look like they required Continental to donate land when they built their large building a few years ago. I read where the city is purchasing 100 acres on the corner of Kohlenberg and Freiheit Roads. Making that road five lanes wide would actually make this hundred acres worth $4.60 a square foot. Think about all the traffic that’s coming with the new Mayfair subdivision just east of Kohlenberg Road. The existing roads that have not been improved since the {City of New Braunfels Fire Department} population sign read 13,000 and was West of FM 306 & IH-35 need to be revitalized more than the pocketbooks of NewQuest Properties & Top Golf.

And when I look at this Topgolf project, it overlays one of the existing streets that NewQuest built into their original project.

With the vibrant economy going on in the City of New Braunfels and Comal County, we don’t need to be helping out any multimillion dollar companies. They will want to come here without our help.

Each government entity still has time to correct their error.

Assistant City Manager Jared Werner and Jeff Jewell, director of economic and community development for the city, presented a plan aimed to fund both public infrastructure improvements and provide direct economic incentives to facilitate the establishment of Top Golf that would include:
$1.5 million toward upgrading Creekside's infrastructure using city and county property taxes, plus sales taxes
$1.5 million to incentivize Top Golf over six years paid in $250,000 increments, depending on whether the business maintains a $16 million property value and generates $5 million in yearly sales.
The city expects to recover this investment within 10 years through increased tax revenue and economic activity spurred by Top Golf and related developments.

City officials believe the project is crucial for attracting visitors and enhancing the overall economic viability of Creekside.

The project is seen as a “catalytic initiative ... a domino effect ... to support the continued evolution of Creekside,” said Assistant City ManagerJared Werner.

Austin Alvis, President of NewQuest Properties, said the development company wants to ensure long-term success for tenants and the community.

"I do believe that retail changes over time, and that we have to be aware of the changing trends," Alvis said. "We're going to be thinking about the changes that we need to introduce over time."

1. Your coverage area is Dallas Cowboy country, so very few would be interested in watching the Eagles.
2. The top quarterback in the country is Patrick Mahomes of Kansas City, and he has Texas roots, both high school & college.
3. You would have extra viewers looking to see if Taylor Swift is there at the game to root for her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
4. Kansas City was once a Texas football team owned and still owned by the Lamar Hunt family, which is a Texas family.
5. So between now and 3 PM, make the choice and change the game you are showing .
