ISO Custodian/Janitor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of a church campus, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, including both routine cleaning and specialized tasks. Must have a clean background and pass a drug screen.
Duties:
*Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
*Conduct industrial cleaning and floor care activities to ensure surfaces are well-maintained and free of hazards.
*Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
*Carry out commercial cleaning duties in the sanctuary, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
*Serve as a porter by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the campus.
*Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred, with skills in commercial cleaning highly valued.
*Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
*Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
*Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
*Monday through Friday
* 8:30am-5:00pm

Outbound Call Center agents to schedule appointments for sales reps in the healthcare industry. A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales-related or outbound call center is required. We're looking for customer service oriented, friendly people with good communication skills.
Monday - Friday, no weekends. Shifts vary between 8:00AM-8PM, for example 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM,10AM-7PM & 11AM-8PM.

Starting pay is $16/hour with possible 6 month raise to $18. Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check. Please submit resume for immediate consideration.
