Guten Morgen! It's going to be a great day today!

Today is pick up day for those of you who placed orders for pick-up on Friday, July 10th. Pick up is curbside between 3 and 6 PM.

Pick up is located at 322 West Krezdorn St, in beautiful downtown Seguin. When you see the "Bee" sign, you will know you are in the right spot!

If you are pulling in from Guadalupe St., please turn around in the church parking lot to orient yourself so that your passenger door is closest to the picket gate. This helps us load your packages into your passenger side door.

We have some "extra" items available for same day pick up, and we will post those at 1030 sharp.

Be advised that our pickup times are between 3 and 6 PM today.

Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not block their driveways.

Please remain in your vehicle and refrain from pulling into the driveway.
Call or text 210-781-9122 to let us know that you are here, and we will be out with your order directly.

Signs will be out to help guide you through the process.

Okay, calorie counters...this one's for you. Everyone else can stop pretending you weren't going to read it anyway.

Texas summer calls for meals that don't require turning the oven on. This Shrimp & Avocado Salad is cool, fresh, packed with flavor, and keeps you full without weighing you down. This is a massive bowl!

🐝 Bee Balanced 🐝

This one is for my fellow meal preppers... and anyone who has ever wandered into the kitchen at 10 p.m. looking for "just a little something."

I've been trying to keep easy, high-protein snacks on hand so I'm less tempted by processed foods. (yes... even bakers need a plan! ).

These little egg bites turned out SO good!

Fluffy eggs
A smashed baby potato on the bottom
Creamy cottage cheese
Bell peppers & onion
Cherry tomato
A sprinkle of Parmesan

Each egg bite is about:
85 calories
6 grams of protein

I made a batch of 18 and they're headed straight to the freezer for quick breakfasts and late-night snacks.

One tip: Next time I'll bake them in parchment muffin liners. I think they'll pop out more easily, travel better, and be even easier to freeze.

Sometimes staying on track isn't about having more willpower—it's about making the better choice not the easiest choice.
